摘 要:新型染料的设计、合成、结构表征及物性理解;研究染料、半导体纳晶薄膜及电解质相关的电荷分离、电荷转移和电荷输运基本物理过程。光功能分子在半导体表面的微结构表征,利用时间分辨光谱和电学测量技术,考察复杂界面电荷转移动力学机制。澄清染料分子结构-组装体微结构-电荷转移动力学-器件参数之间的内在关联机制。逐渐建立染料敏化太阳电池微尺度界面电荷转移、电荷复合与载流子输运及器件物理模型。

Abstract:Design, synthesis and characterization of a series of high absorption coefficient photosensitizers; Research works of charge separation, charge transformation related with dyes, semiconductor nano-crystal layers and electrolytes on dye-sensitized solar cells; The characterization techniques of interface structure, time-resolved spectroscopy and electronic performance; To clearly the relations of dyes molecules structure, assembly micro- or meso-structures, charge-transformation and the parameters of solar cell devices by kinetic research on photo-active layers; Some models and methods are constructed to describe charge transport and recombination in the nanometer thin films of solar cells.
