　　Abstract： With the "Internet +"concept arises，as an important business mode of e-commerce，the fresh food products O2O （online to offline） keeps changing and upgrading the development of the industry. On the basis of previous studies，the article constructed an analysis framework of three dimensions，as enterprise platform economy，enterprise dynamic ability and market opportunity. Taking "Chuyi Shidai"as a case，it analyzed the major problems that exist in the operation of fresh O2O business mode，and proposed improvement methods for the transformation process and the development initiatives for future. The article also provides a feasible business mode analysis method for the O2O transformation of both traditional and e-commerce enterprises.
